A lawyer, researcher in law, and in labor and workers affairs, Chairman of the Committee of Legal Experts of the Arab Labor Organization, he worked as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Labor in Jordan in the period (2012-2016), and before that as a legal advisor to the Ministry and head of the Wages Authority.

Engineer and member of the Jordanian Engineers Association since 1989, Director of the Jordanian-Italian Center for Public Safety, Rehabilitation and Training, Member of the Jordanian Parliament for two terms, the fifteenth and seventeenth, and Chairman of its Labor and Social Development Committee.
