المركز الأردني لحقوق العمل "بيت العمال" مؤسسة مدنية في الأردن غير حكومية تسعى إلى تحسين ظروف العمل بالتعاون مباشرة مع العمال وأصحاب العمل والحكومة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية. تتمثل رؤيتها في ضمان علاقات عمل عادلة تحافظ على حقوق العمال وتوفر بيئة عمل صحية وتشريعات عمل متوازنة بما ينسجم مع معايير العمل الدولية.

Its vision is to ensure fair labor relations that preserve workers' rights and provide a healthy work environment and balanced labor legislation in line with international labor standards.
