المركز الأردني لحقوق العمل "بيت العمال" مؤسسة مدنية في الأردن غير حكومية تسعى إلى تحسين ظروف العمل بالتعاون مباشرة مع العمال وأصحاب العمل والحكومة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية. تتمثل رؤيتها في ضمان علاقات عمل عادلة تحافظ على حقوق العمال وتوفر بيئة عمل صحية وتشريعات عمل متوازنة بما ينسجم مع معايير العمل الدولية.
